Writer Jónína Leósdóttir and the former Prime Minister of Iceland Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir tell their story.
Now retired Sigurðardóttir was the first openly LGBT-person in the world to become Prime Minister. She speaks about gender equality, women in politics, the economic crisis in Iceland and LGBT-issues, both on a personal level and in a global context. Leósdóttir talks about her book Jóhanna and I, which tells the story of her and Sigurðardóttir’s relationship since it started in 1985 and to the present day.
