Music and flowing movements. Instructor Merli Juustila shows us the basics of synchronised swimming. Take your swimsuit and towel. You can shower at the saunas in the spa area. Merli will also bring couple of mermaid tails and monofins to try out mermaid swimming. Participation requirement: being able to swim.
