It’s been a week since the goblins infested your mind and it’s only been downhill since then.

Your party was sent to clean out a goblin hive. So far, so normal. But nobody told you that they were Brain Goblins. Even if they had, nobody told you about the Curse of the Brain Goblins. The problem with Brain Goblins, it turns out, is something best described as naturally-occurring psionic revenge: Kill a Brain Goblin, and that goblin will manifest itself into your mind, haunting your dreams and slowly eating your psyche from the inside. They work together, too, so if you collect several curses then the whole thing tends to snowball.

Fortunately, you have a solution. The Draft Of Waking Dreams will let you and your party trance together, diving into your collective psyches to clean out the infesting Goblins and free yourselves once and for all. At least, that’s the theory…

This game uses the Draw Steel system. Pre-gens will be available, or you can choose to bring your own level 1 characters. New players are extremely welcome, although please take a look at the rules beforehand (which are freely available online under an open licence).

This game will through a short, slightly surreal, adventure, as players explore the dreamscape and try to clean out the infestation of Brain Goblins. In terms of tone, the Draw Steel system places a heavy emphasis on heroic, cinematic and tactical gameplay, while the Brain Goblins bring a bit of silliness to the mix.

Standard safety tools will be in use.
