In this workshop we will play, explore and learn the basics of improv theater; connecting with each other, listening to ourselves and to offers from our partners and enhancing what has already happened. Many games and exercises used in improv theater will be explained and used. We will run around, act crazy, dance and sing, say a lot of yes, but also some no, and learn together. You can use these games for many purposes. - To 'reset' our busy minds to make space for an immersive story game - For learning each others names in a fast and fun way - To become a closer group by sharing, listening and engaging with each other in a new way and much more.
Connecting, listening and enhancing are great skills in our daily lives, in our work, and even in the games we play.
The programme host has been working with improv theater for many years, as a teacher, a performer and hosting shows.
