Omni Club is an erotic larp set in a 70ties disco club. We will portray a real club with the same name, the club the two writers of the book "Ethical Slut" frequented in their hippie years.
Omni Club is a place for both gays, dykes, hetero-hippies, and trannies - but most of the regulars have a genderfuck dresscode so it is impossible to know what gender you hit on. All activities at Omni are not entierly legal, so the change of a Police razzia is haunting The Summer of Love.
The larp Omni Club offers dancing to 70-ties music, but you can hang around watching and flirting as well. You will have plenty of opportunities for touching and intimacy, but we are larping so no real sex nor nudity. All of us will engage in scenes with x-rated content, even orgies, so you better be up for that (age limit 18+). We will play in English.
You will play in one of these social groups: Hippie festival goers, political activists (often dressed in black leather), flamboyant drag-queen or kings (just for tonight or forever), loud but poor artists or someone from the straight-acting business-crowd. Feel free to come all dressed up for your preferred group, but no requirement.
The larp Omni Club is a pilot in many ways; firstly because it is the first run of the larp, and it might have unfinished edges, secondly because it will be a pilot for my PhD-research method of facilitated role-play. The name of my PhD is "Role-play and Sexual Arousal" and I am affiliated with Centre of Excellency of Game Culture Studies at Tampere University. So I will test out workshop methods, being a researcher at an erotic larp and even ask if someone want to do a test-interview with me afterwards, but that is totally voluntairily. I hope at least some of you will stay to discuss erotic larp with me afterwards.
Age-restricted larp: you need to bee over 18, age is checked before larp, take some kind if ID with you! Sign up time starts at Friday 18.00 in KONSTI-SOVELLUS. On Saturday we will gather at RopeLarp-desk 13.55 and after ID check off we go to game-rooms with our guide (juoksija).
