Ropeconin tanssiaiset ovat Suomen suurin tapahtuma, jossa tanssitaan historiallisia tansseja. Osallistu viikonlopun aikana tanssiharjoituksiin, laita itsesi koreaksi ja tule tanssimaan unohtumattomaan juhlaan.
Tanssiaiset koostuvat kolmesta setistä, jotka sisältävät tanssiharjoituksissa opetetettuja tansseja ja muita ikivihreitä. Virallisten settien jälkeen tanssitaan vielä toivetansseja ja settien välissä on perinteisesti taukomusiikkia sekä Pornopolkkaa. Tanssiminen jatkuu pitkälle yöhön.
The Ropecon Historical Dance ball is the largest historical dance event in Finland. Take part in the practice sessions, dress up fancy and come to dance in this unforgettable dance event.
The ball consists of three dance sets where the dances practiced in the practice sessions are danced along with other popular dances. After these the ball continues with more dances chosen by popular demand and between every set there is a chance to dance some Pornopolkka. Come and dance the whole night with us!
