Dr Who: World's First Venusian Aikido Lesson

While battling foes across the universe, The Doctor occasionally utilises a mysterious martial art, picked up from nuns on our neighbouring planet: Venusian Aikido. This non-violent art has never been taught on Earth to humans. Until now. Kristoffer Lawson (1st kyu, Japanese Aikido) will guide participants in the first ever lesson of this art, through clips and actual practise. The lesson will be taught in a safe manner, and no martial arts experience is needed, nor do you need to be particularly sporty. Loose-fitting clothes that allow free movement and light action are recommended, but they can be a costume (as long as movement and vision isn't restricted).
