Vuodessa 2190 dystopisen Suomen kaupungeista harva on selviytynyt valtion hajonnasta, jossa megayritykset ovat saaneet valtiot murtumaan nousevan sosiaalisen ja taloudellisen painon alla. Puolankan suurkaupunki on yksi niistä ja te olette tämän kaupungin asukkeja. Olette osa Pöllö jengiä jolla on omat säännöt ja tavoitteet, ettekä välitä toistenne menneisyydestä kunhan pidätte jengistä huolta.
