"A player is asking about this item, but I can't remember what they should know!"
When you have 47 cool props in the larp and different characters should know different things about them, how do you manage that? How does everyone in the organizer team know all the props, and who should know what?
Solution is a simple WordPress plugin using Airtable, showing information for players and organizers about specific props. Setup and usage doesn't require any special IT skills. This talk goes through the features of the solution through examples and explains how to take the solution into use.
