Ensimmäinen kerta oli huikean hauska menestys. Nyt pelataan reservikortti ja yritetään uudestaan. Ilmoittaudu kertomaan hauskimmat Space Wolf/Pokemon/DnD/RopeLive/Twilight 2000- tai mitkä tahansa muut nörttiläppäsi. Tai tule ihan vain nauramaan niille! Nörteiltä huumoria nörteille. Juttujen on sivuttava jotain conin tematiikkaan sopivaa. Unohdetaan kunnallispolitiikka ja vastaavat. Ei pilkata. NCOM on aloittelijaystävällinen, sekä turvallinen. Joten yleisön heckling, huutelu ja vastaava on jyrkästi kielletty.
