Vendor Hall registration for Ropecon 2026

This form is used for reserving a stand in the Ropecon 2026 Vendor Hall. There are separate calls for artisans and artists as well as for promotional stands for communities, associations, and events.

Information sharing

This form is used for collecting information on Vendor Hall registrations for Ropecon 2026. The information collected through this form constitutes a personal data register. The basis for data collection is the consent of the person being registered. The information will be used exclusively for organizing Ropecon events. Information that will be included in the exhibitor list (stand name, website, description) will be released to the public. Billing information may be shared with the service provider used by Ropecon ry. Other information will not be shared outside of Ropecon ry. Personal data is stored on servers managed by Google, which may be located outside the EU/EEA. The data controller is Ropecon ry, and the data processor is the organizing committee of Ropecon 2026. The data protection officer for Ropecon ry is Tero Suoniemi, tietosuoja@ropecon.fi.

E-mail address for matters related to the registration. You may provide a separate address for billing.

Stand details

Name used in the exhibitor list. There is a separate field for the official name.

Description of the products sold and other activities at the stand. You may refer to the website and the public description if they contain sufficient information to evaluate the application.

A short description of the exhibitor for the Ropecon 2026 website.

Row stands are only for exhibitors who sell games, books, comics, and related products.

The size of the stand in square meters, if you did not select a stand package.

Requests on stand placement and neighboring stands.

Additional orders

If you leave a field empty, we will provide the amount included in the price of the stand.

All staff members of the stand require a vendor ticket.

Allows participating in the event as a visitor.

Total number of tables. The size of a table is 200x70 cm.

Total number of chairs.

Total number of poster wall elements. The size is approximately 220x100 cm.

Billing information

We will send the invoice either as a Finnish e-invoice or by e-mail.

Leave this field empty if you do not have a Finnish business id.

E-mail address used for billing. You may provide a separate address for other communications.

E-invoice address and service id, if you want a Finnish e-invoice.

This is a formality. We do not send the invoice by mail.

This will be printed on the invoice.
