This form is used for collecting information on Vendor Hall registrations for Ropecon 2026. The information collected through this form constitutes a personal data register. The basis for data collection is the consent of the person being registered. The information will be used exclusively for organizing Ropecon events. Information that will be included in the exhibitor list (stand name, website, description) will be released to the public. Billing information may be shared with the service provider used by Ropecon ry. Other information will not be shared outside of Ropecon ry. Personal data is stored on servers managed by Google, which may be located outside the EU/EEA. The data controller is Ropecon ry, and the data processor is the organizing committee of Ropecon 2026. The data protection officer for Ropecon ry is Tero Suoniemi, tietosuoja@ropecon.fi.

Please mark which type of a spot you are applying for. You can apply for multiple different spots, but can only receive one acceptance. If you need a table larger than the 2-table corner, please do consider contacting us at myyntialue@ropecon.fi or applying through the standard vendor form.

Ropecon 2026 Artist Market & artisans will have limited tables. If you don’t get a table the first time around, do you want to stay on hold and be informed if someone has to cancel their table before the con?

If you are applying to be an artisan, please do provide your billing information here. Artist market vendors will have a separate billing process and do not need to provide billing information.
